NineTen Labs waitlist terms

Last updated: 22 August 2026. NineTen Labs is run by NineTen.ai, a company in Malaysia.

1. What this list is

NineTen Labs is where NineTen.ai opens its own AI systems to other businesses. Joining a list tells us you want that product when it opens. It is not an order, not a contract, and it costs nothing.

2. What we collect

Three things. Your work email, your company name, and the two answers you give on the second screen: what you would use the product for, and your biggest current problem. Nothing else. We do not ask for a card and we never will on this page.

3. Why we collect it

We count how many businesses are waiting for each product, and we open the one with the most demand first. Your two answers tell us how a business like yours would use it, so the first version fits real work instead of guesses.

4. What we send you

Nothing when you join. When your product is ready to open, we write to the people on that list before anyone else. That is the only reason we use your email.

5. We do not share your details

Your email, your company and your answers stay in our own private list. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside NineTen.ai.

6. Taking yourself off the list

Write to hello@nineten.ai and ask. We remove your row, including your two answers, and we do not ask you why.

7. If a product never opens

Joining does not promise a date and does not promise the product gets built. If we decide a product is not opening, the list for it is deleted.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change anything here we update this page and the date at the top. The current version is the one that applies.
