NineTen Labs is where NineTen AI opens its own AI systems to other businesses. Some products are free. Some are paid. Each product says which before you give us anything. You pay only if you choose to buy.
A free product costs nothing and puts you under no contract. Requesting early access tells us you want a product when we open the next group. It is not an order. Some free products email you a file or a private link. Others only keep your place on a list. We may change or close a free product at any time. If a product is not opening, its list is deleted.
A paid product is bought by card on Stripe's page. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Some products are a one-time payment. Some are a monthly plan. Some are both, with the monthly plan starting after a set number of days. The checkout page says which, and when the first charge is taken. What you bought arrives by email, at the address you paid with. A one-time purchase is yours to keep.
A monthly plan runs until you stop it. Stop it any time by writing to siti@labs.nineten.ai. If the plan has days before its first charge, stopping inside those days means no monthly charge is taken. Stop it later and the next charge is the last. If your card fails, the plan pauses the same day. Start it again later and the first charge is on the day you start it.
A one-time payment stays paid. Ask us about a refund and we look at it. If we refund a whole purchase, what you bought is closed and any plan that came with it stops.
It depends on the form. A form may ask for your name, your work email, your company name, your handphone, and a few short answers. We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet connection, so nobody can flood a form. If you buy, we keep the references Stripe gives us for your payment and your plan. We never see your card number.
We count how many businesses ask for each product. That tells us which to open next. Your answers tell us how a business like yours would use it. We use your email to send you what you asked for or bought. We use your handphone only when a person from our team needs to reach you. We use the Stripe references to know what is paid for and to run your plan.

Your details, and anything we made for you, stay in our private list. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside NineTen AI. Two services do one job each for us. Stripe takes your payment and holds your card. Our mail service sends the emails. Neither may use your details for anything else.
Write to siti@labs.nineten.ai and ask. We remove your row, including your answers, and we do not ask why. Any plan you have stops with it. We keep only a record of what you paid, because we must keep our books.
If a product takes a file or a list from you, it stays yours. We use it for that product and for nothing else. Ask us and we delete it.
The newsletter is separate. If you put your email in the newsletter box, we keep it on its own list. We send one email a month, and you can unsubscribe any time. It is not mixed with the early access lists or with any other list we run.
If we change anything here we update this page and the date at the top. The current version is the one that applies.
